OF THE 4th/30.1.2020 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Subject:     Tender No. ΔΥΠΜ – 512812/8.2.2019 for implementation of the following Project: “Information System Serving Network Users” of HEDNO S.A.

Appointment of provisional contractor for the implementation of the aforementioned Project.

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of the Group of Companies “INTRASOFT INTERNATIONAL S.A. – OTE S.A.”  as a provisional contractor for tender No. ΔΥΠΜ – 512812/8.2.2019 for the implementation of the following Project: “Information System Serving Network Users”, for a total price of EUR 27,685,951.80 (plus V.A.T.).

This price covers the entire project until its final acceptance.

Subject:     Tender No. 503807/15.2.2019 for implementation of the Project: “Digitalisation - Recording - Entry of Geographic and Descriptive Data of the Electricity Distribution Network of 57 HEDNO areas in the Geographic Information System Database”.

Appointment of provisional contractor for the implementation of the aforementioned Project in the Areas of the Directorate of the Region of Macedonia- Thrace, Directorate for the Region of Peloponnese - Epirus and the Island Region Department.

The Board of Directors approved the following:

  • The appointment of the provision of services to the Directorate for the Region Macedonia-Thrace to the Group of Companies “EGNATIA GROUP PRIVATE COMPANY (I.K.E.) - CYIENT EUROPE LIMITED”, for the total price of EUR 5,127,099.990 (plus V.A.T.)
  • The appointment of the provision of services to the Directorate for the Region of Peloponnese - Epirus to the Group of Companies “EGNATIA GROUP PRIVATE COMPANY (I.K.E.) - CYIENT EUROPE LIMITED”, for the total price of EUR 6,472,799.880 (plus V.A.T.)
  • The appointment of the provision of services to the Island Region Department to the Group of Companies “EGNATIA GROUP PRIVATE COMPANY (I.K.E.) - CYIENT EUROPE LIMITED”, for the total price of EUR 3,181,499.972 (plus V.A.T.)

The total amount of the assignment for all three (3) Regions amounts to EUR 14,781,399.842 (plus V.A.T.).
