OF THE 1st/16.01.2020 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Subject:     Tender no. 508803/10.12.2018 for the procurement of Transformer Insulating Oil.

The above tender has been canceled.      

The Board of Directors approved the cancellation of tender no. 508803/10.12.2018 for the procurement of Transformer Insulating Oil, given that the only formally and technically admissible bid of economic operator ELVIGRO ΑΒΕΕ is considered to be economically disadvantageous.

Subject:     Tender no. 505905/8.10.2019, in the form of a closed procedure, for the procurement of .centrifugal concrete poles

Validation of the results of the aforementioned tender, and selection of provisional contractor for the award of said supply.

The Board of Directors approved the bid of economic operator PRECONSTRUCTA AEBTE as formally and technically admissible and selected the above company as provisional contractor for all types of materials of tender no. 505905/8.10.2019 for the procurement of concrete poles for a total price of EUR 1,960.540.00 (plus VAT), for material to be delivered at the Contractor’s warehouses on vehicle owned by HEDNO SA.
