OF THE 7th/28.2.2019 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Item: Approval of the HEDN Management Concession Contract for the period 2015 – 2018.

The Board of Directors approved the HEDN Management Concession Contract for the period 2015 – 2018 and authorized the General Manager for Support Operations to sign it.

Item: Tender No. 501803/13.4.2018 for the supply of non-impregnated wooden poles of various categories.
– Partial cancellation of the tender as regards the quantity of the supply.
– Appointment of provisional contractors for the award of the supply of the remaining quantity of the above listed tender.

The Board of Directors approved:

1. The partial cancellation of tender No. 501803/13.4.2018, as regards the supply of 65,916 units of non-impregnated wooden poles for the following reasons: first, the total requested quantity was not offered and second, the price offered for the quantity of the supply that is canceled is financially disadvantageous.

2. The appointment of the following economic operators as provisional contractors for the supply of the quantity of the tender that is not canceled (64,068 units in total) to cover HEDNO needs:
- DISTRATO “O KORMOS” DMC, for a quantity of 5,000 units of non-impregnated wooden poles of various categories, for the total price of € 570,760.00 (plus VAT)
- GOTTI STERGIOU & Co BROS General Partnership, for the quantity of 4,980 units of non-impregnated wooden poles of various categories, for the total price of € 598,630.00 (plus VAT)
- KYRGOTASIS DIMITRIOS for the quantity of 7,040 units of non-impregnated wooden poles of various categories, for the total price of € 840,880.00 (plus VAT)
- PAPADIMITRIOU SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY, for the quantity of 8,000 units of non-wooden poles of various categories, for the total price of € 1,032,480.00 (plus VAT)
- ISAAKIDIS S.A., for the quantity of 17,660 units of non-impregnated wooden poles of various categories, for the total price of € 2,026,730.00 (plus VAT)
- S. TOMPOULIDIS S.A., for the quantity of 9,488 units of non-impregnated wooden poles of various categories, for the total price of € 1,143,797.20 (plus VAT)
- NTOUKAS I. - TRAIKAPIS ATH. General Partnership, for the quantity of 11,900 units of non-impregnated wooden poles of various categories, for the total price of € 1,583,300.00 (plus VAT).

The total value of the aforementioned assignments amounts to € 7,796,577.20 (plus VAT).
