OF THE 13th/19.4.2019 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Item: Tender No. 517802/8.6.2018 on the provision of cleaning services for buildings of HEDNO S.A. located in the Prefecture of Attica.
Appointment of provisional contractor for the supply of the aforementioned services.
The Board of Directors approved the acceptance of the financial bid of the economic operator “SARP FACILITY MANAGEMENT SA”, as admissible, and assign the company as provisional contractor of tender No.517802/8.6.2018, for a total fixed price of €1,138,482.48, plus VAT.

Item: Tender No. ΔΠΜ-Θ/1/2018 called for the provision of the following services: “Works on meters of electricity providers of the Macedonia-Thrace Region Directorate” in 17 Regions of the Macedonia-Thrace Region Directorate of HEDNO SA.
Validation of the results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective provision of services.
The Board of Directors decided to:
1. validate the results of tender No. ΔΠΜ-Θ/1/2018 and award said provision of services, in accordance with the terms of the tender and the attached tender documents, as follows:
