Item: Approval of HEDNO S.A. Employees Group Insurance Program.

The Board of Directors approved the validation of the results of Tender no. 52118037/17.10.2018 for the group insurance of HEDNO S.A. employees and the appointment of European Reliance GENERAL INSURANCE CO. S.A. as provisional contractor, in compliance with the terms of notice ΔΕΗ/52118037 and its bid, as per relevant term of the Corporate Collective Labour Agreement for HEDNO S.A. Personnel dated 30.7.2018.

Item: Contract no. 5085042/10.4.2017 with CERB EAD for the repair of three-hundred (300) items of 20-15/0.4 kV and 20/0.4 kV AEG-ALSTOM-AREVA Distribution Transformers of 50 kVA to 1000 kVA.
Amendment to the special terms of the aforementioned Contract.

The Board of Directors approved the following:
• The amendment of the Special Terms of Contract no. 5085042/10.04.2017 by replacing the delivery, acceptance and inspection place of the transformers, as initially described in the Contract, from the contractor's factory in Sofia, Bulgaria to Greece. The relevant expenses for the transportation and inspection of the transformers shall be exclusively covered by the contractor without absolutely any involvement of HEDNO S.A.
All upcoming amendments are detailed in the relevant Amendment Annex.
• the signing of Supplementary Contract No 1 by the body that signed the initial Contract.

Item: Tender no. 512708/29.11.2017 for the supply of implementation and network maintenance services of HEDNO S.A.
Appointment of provisional contractor for the supply of the aforementioned services.

The Board of Directors approved the following:
• the appointment of the Group of Companies “ΟΤΕ S.A. – SPACE HELLAS” as provisional contractor for tender no. 512708/29.11.2017 for the supply of implementation and network maintenance services of HEDNO S.A., for the total price of EURO 14,898,353.48 (plus VAT)

The signing of the Contract shall be in compliance with the terms of notice 512708 and the bid submitted by the Group of Companies “ΟΤΕ S.A. – SPACE HELLAS”.
• the authorization of the CEO as the decision-making body to issue a decision after the completion of the check of the provisional contractor’s supporting documents either for award or cancellation of the process.
• the authorization of the CEO to sign the Contract that shall be agreed.

Item: Tender no. 515804/15.10.2018 for the long-term lease of 4x4 extended-cab trucks as well as 4x2 mixed-use vehicles.
Appointment of provisional contractor for the award of the said supply.

The Board of Directors approved the validation of the results and the appointment of “ETHNIKI LEASING S.A.” as provisional contractor for tender no. 515804/15.10.2018, for the lease of vehicles for a period of sixty (60) months, for the total price of EURO 5,778,000.00, plus VAT, as described below:

  • one hundred (100) NISSAN NAVARA 2.3D 160Hp KING CAB 4X4 ACENTA DIESEL (D23) trucks, for a period of sixty (60) months, for the total price of EURO 3,888,000.00, plus VAT,
  • one hundred (100) FIAT DOBLO SWB mixed-use vehicles, for a period of sixty (60) months, for the total price of EURO 1,890,000.00, plus VAT.

The award shall be in compliance with the tender's terms, the company’s bid and the subsequent correspondence and in accordance with the relevant Assignment Table.

Item: Tender no. ΔΠΑ/ΕΠ-6821/2017 for the supply of energy consumption meter reading services, with monthly, quarterly & biannual readings in the seven administrative Areas of the Directorate for the Region of Attica.
Validation of the results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective provision of services.

The Board of Directors concluded that the following companies shall be the provisional contractors for the readings of the seven (7) Areas of the Directorate for the Region of Attica:
1. Area of Athens: “PORTO SKIONI S.A.”
2. Area of Piraeus: “STERGIOS PSIFIS SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY”
3. Area of Kallithea: “MARF ENGINEERING - CONSULTING ATHANASIOS G. RAFAS & Co”
4. Area of Filothei-Kifisia: “GKANAS KONSTANTINOS”
5. Area of Peristeri: “MITSIOS DIMITRIOS SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY”
6. Area of Mesogeia: “GKANAS KONSTANTINOS”
7. Area of Elefsina: “TETRAGONO TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY”
