Dual Zone Reduced Electricity Rate System
The dual zone reduced electricity rate system shall be effective from 01/02/2025 helping consumers access electricity at the lowest off-peak times.
The consumption of electricity according to the timetable of the dual-zone system offers the benefit of generating electricity through Renewable Energy Sources (RES).
Billing tariffs are undertaken by Electricity Suppliers.
If you are an owner, you are eligible to apply for inclusion in the reduced electricity rate dual-zone system.
- If you have never joined a reduced tariff (previously known as “off-peak rates”), you can apply via the Customer Support App
- If you have joined a reduced tariff, then you are already included in the dual-zone system. You can check by selecting “Check for Dual Zone Tariff Inclusion”
The service activation fee is € 34.00 (plus VAT).

Monday to Sunday
Winter period - November to March:
- Midday zone: 12 pm – 3 pm
- Evening zone: 2 pm – 5 pm
Summer period - April to October:
- Midday zone: 11 pm – 3 pm
- Evening zone: 2 pm – 4 pm
