As per Article 4 of Joint Ministerial Decision  ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/86389/2479 (Government Gazette B' 4844/22.08.2024), as amended by Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/112971/3489 (Government Gazette B' 5830/18.10. 2024), Residential Use supplies of the Local Communities where RES Stations and Hybrid Stations are operating and were actively connected within 2023, are treated as beneficiaries of the Special RES Charge for household consumers for Breakdown Year 2023.

 

As per the provisions of article 9 para. 1 of the above Ministerial Decision, HEDNO SA has published the table with the Account Numbers of all eligible residential consumers per Community and first grade local authority, who, according to the details kept at HEDNO’s systems, fulfill all criteria of article 4.

 

Eligible residential consumers, whose active accounts are not included in this table, are eligible for submitting to the competent First Grade Local Authority, to ensure that the respective Account Numbers are entered in HEDNO’s system. On the basis of article 9, para 2 of the Joint Ministerial Decision, updates on the system for missing Account Numbers are carried out by the First Grade Local Authorities within twenty (20) days from the publication of the Provisional Table of Eligible Accounts on HEDNO S.A’s website.

 

Please note that following the publication of the Final Table of Eligible Accounts and the respective procedure regarding the update of the system by First Grade Local Authorities with all missing eligible residential consumer Account Numbers, HEDNO S.A. will update the table of eligible residential consumers, excluding at this stage, the accounts for which the resulting amount is less than one cent  (< 0.01 €). In these cases and according to article 9 para. 8 of the Ministerial Decision, the amounts are not paid and are instead transferred to the next breakdown.
