Qualified personnel are connected to the relay of the main circuit breaker as well as the inverters, and digitally change the configurations.

The change of the protection configurations can be done either remotely, if this feature is supported by the station equipment, or by a visit of the station by the owner's qualified personnel.

If it is technically not possible for the station(s) to comply with the protection configurations imposed, it is necessary to submit a Solemn Declaration of Law 1599/1986, signed electronically by an engineer of an appropriate specialty, specifically indicating the final configurations selected. The engineer's Solemn Declaration must be accompanied by the technical brochure of the equipment, documenting the specific failure to comply.
