Engineer Modification Declaration
To declare new configurations, please enter the RES platform (https://ape.deddie.gr/apewebportal-ws/) and select “Applications Managment”, then select the S/N of the station, and finally “Readjust Protection Configurations”.
After entering the old and new configurations in the specific fields, you submit the digitally signed engineer Solemn Declaration (via gov or e-signature) and the inverter technical brochures.
I declare that: "The protection configurations applied to the Auto Connection Switch are ..... and to the production units are ..... The above configurations will not be changed and the "active" anti-islanding method (if any), is enabled, and ensures immediate, without time delay, disconnection of the production unit(s)."
According to PD 108/2013, the mechanical maintenance engineer of a station above 100 kW can be an Electrician, a Mechanical Engineer or a Marine Engineer.
It is important for the operation of HEDNO, but also for the convenience of the producers, that all documents are submitted through the RES platform.
In addition, by completing the protection configurations developed in the dedicated fields of the application, a database of the settings of all RES stations is created.
The operation of installations of this capacity and with this voltage level (20,000V) requires that you have hired a maintenance engineer. Failure to maintain your installation or operating your station with unqualified personnel can be dangerous for the people working at the power station and detrimental to you, and you may be legally liable in the event of an accident.
Resetting can be carried out either by the station's mechanical maintenance engineer or by other skilled personnel to whom you delegate the work.
Yes! To demonstrate your compliance with the requirements specified by article 123 of Law 5106/2024, until 14.08.2024 you must n the RES/CHP station applications platform (https://ape.deddie.gr/apewebportal-ws/) the previous and the new protection configurations along with the Solemn Declaration of Law 1599/1986, electronically signed by an engineer of an appropriate specialty, describing the configurations applied, stating that the protection configurations will not be modified and that if there is an 'active' anti-islanding method, that it is activated and ensures the immediate (without delay) disconnection of the production unit(s). The engineer's declaration of conformity shall be accompanied by the technical documentation of the manufacturer of the production unit(s).
Please note that spot checks will be carried out at the production stations and if it is established that the information in the submitted Solemn Declaration is false or inaccurate, in addition to disconnection of the station, the operators and engineers of the stations will face the penalties provided for by the Law
