EXTRACT FROM THE MINUTES
OF THE 3rd/8.2.2018 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Tender Proceedings 502707/6.10.2017 for the procurement of Cables and Pipelines.
Validation of the results of the above tender proceedings and awarding the commission in question.

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of provisional contractors for the four (4) types of cables and pipelines of tender no. 502707 / 6.10.2017, the following companies, which have submitted formally and technically acceptable tenders:

• NEXANS HELLAS SA, for items 1 & 3 of the tender, for a total price of €1,354,180.00 (plus VAT), for materials delivered at the supplier's warehouse on a HENDO SA vehicle.


• HELLENIC CABLES SA for items 2 & 4 of the tender, for a total price of €1,557,760.00 (plus VAT), for materials delivered at the supplier's warehouse on a HENDO SA vehicle.


The total value of the aforementioned assignments amounts to €2,911,940.00 (plus VAT).
