OF THE 23rd/4.10.2018 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Item: Tender No. ΔΕΕΔ-23/15.3.2018 called for execution of the following Project: “Supply and installation of underground cables of 150 kV, with XLPE insulation, and PILOT cable, in the interconnecting cable lines: 1. RODINIOU SUBSTATION - DISTRIBUTION CENTER OF RHODES & 2. SORONIS LINK - DISTRIBUTION CENTER OF RHODES”
Award of the above tender.

The Board of Directors decided to accept the result of Tender ΔΕΕΔ-23 and award the Project:“Supply and installation of underground cables of 150 kV, with XLPE insulation, and PILOT cable, in the interconnecting cable lines:1. RODINIOU SUBSTATION - DISTRIBUTION CENTER OF RHODES & 2. SORONIS LINK - DISTRIBUTION CENTER OF RHODES” to the company “HELLENIC CABLES SA”, for a total contractual price of EUR two million three hundred twenty thousand nine hundred seventy two and forty cents (€2,320,972.40).

Item: Tender no. 501806/13.3.2018 for the supply of impregnated wooden poles.
Selection of provisional contractors for the award of said supply.

The Board of Directors approved the decision to select as provisional contractors of the open tender No. 501806/13.3.2018 for the supply of 18,160 pieces of impregnated wooden poles of various categories the following:
• The joint venture of ELVIEX general partnership S. PANAGIOTOU & ETETH SA - DRITSA KAGKLI SA, for 13,160 pieces for a total fixed price of EUR 2,213,728.00 (plus VAT).
• ΚΥΡΙΑΚΟΣ EMPORIADIS PRIVATE COMPANY, for 5,000 pieces for a total fixed price of EUR 1,031,232.00 (plus VAT).

The total value of the aforementioned award is EUR 3,244,960.00 (plus VAT).
