OF THE 10th/10.5.2018 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Contract no. ΔΔ-206/2151103/5.6.2015 with TOXOTIS S.A. for execution of the Project “Area of Kallithea Networks” of the Directorate for the Region of Attica.
– Review of the objection filed by the above mentioned Company against the termination of this Agreement.
– Finalization of the discount of TOXOTIS S.A.

The Board of Directors examined the objection filed by TOXOTIS S.A. against the termination of Agreement no. ΔΔ-206/2151103/5.6.2015 for execution of the Project “Area of Kallithea Networks”, and turned it down.

Subject: Contract No. ΔΚΣΔ-160/2180474/11.3.2008 signed with ΑΒΒ S.A. for execution of the following Project: "Study, Supply and Installation of the 150 kV/MT Closed Type GIS Rhodes."

Amendment to terms of the aforementioned Contract.

The Board of Directors has concluded to:
1. extend project completion deadline to eighty nine (89) days in total, for reasons not associated with the contractor
2. compensate the contractor for any additional work that must be carried out, i.e. changes in the protocol of communication with DPN’s (Island Administrator Department) Control Center from IEC 101 to IEC 104, and the incorporation of energy and power measurement data to the Digital Control System for all MV departure points, with 28.970,00 euros.

Subject: Contract No. 5099041/6.6.2011 signed with EFACEC ENERGIA – MAQUINAS E EQUIPAMENTOS ELECTRICOS S.A. for the supply of a supervisory and data acquisition system (SCADA) for the Islands geographical department.

Amendment to the terms of the aforementioned Contract.

The Board of Directors approved amendment of the terms regarding the “delivery times for item 1.β in the List of Items, Quantities, and Costs” of the contract as well as the “installation - commissioning times for item α/α 4 (HV RTU for the remote control of High Voltage and Medium Voltage Substations) in the List of Items, Quantities, and Costs" of the contract and the delivery of two additional DMS applications (“Fault Management” and “Operator Notebook”) in place of one (1) RTU installation in High Voltage and Medium Voltage Substations at no additional cost for HEDNO.

Subject: Tender no. 503509/25.2.2016 for the procurement of metal oxide surge arresters without gaps for 20 KV distribution networks.

Preliminary Ruling on the Appeal of MICRODATA A.E. on decision no.
2587/21.12.2017. of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors approved dismissal of the appeal submitted by MICRODATA A.E. on decision no. 2587/21.12.2017. of the Board of Directors on the grounds of the appeal's unacceptable and unsubstantiated nature.

Subject: Contract no. 5034091/4.8.2016 with ΜΙΧ. MICH. TSAKOGIANNIS Industrial and Commercial SA - VIMKA LTD for the procurement of polyester boxes by SMC.

Postponement of batch deliveries for the items described in the contract above.

The Board of Directors approved the application of zero changes in the quantities of the items described in the contract and the postponement of delivery times for items included in the fifth (5th) and sixth (6th) batch deliveries in Contract no. 5034091/04.08.2016 with ΜΙΧ. MICH. TSAKOGIANNIS Industrial and Commercial SA - VIMKA LTD for June 2019.

Subject: Tender No. 503609/11.11.2016 for the procurement of 20 KV outdoor fuse disconnectors with porcelain insulators.

The above tender has been canceled.

The Board of Directors approved cancellation of tender no. 503609/11.11.2016 for the procurement of 20KV outdoor fuse disconnectors with porcelain insulators with a total budget of 1.914.720,00 euro as the procedure resulted in zero technically acceptable bidders.
