ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 20th/6.8.2015 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
 
 
Subject: Submission for approval of the Financial Statements for the period 01.01.2015 – 30.06.2015, according to the International Financial Reporting Standards.

The Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements of HEDNO S.A. for the period between 01.01.2015 and 30.06.2015, concluded according to the International Financial Reporting Standards.
The Financial Statements include the following:
- Statement of Income
- Statement of Financial Position
- Statement of Comprehensive Income
- Statement of Cash Flows
- Statement of Changes in Equity
- Notes to the Financial Statements that constitute their indispensable part.

Subject: Bid no 513418/26.2.2015 for clearance of ACSR network conductors.
Ratification of the above mentioned bid.

The Board of Directors approved the bid no 513418/26.02.2015 under open procedure, the ratification of the results and the award for the clearance of its materials, per item, to the following highest bidders:

 BIOKALODIA limited liability company for the award of clearance
- 150,000 kg ACSR network conductors that are stored or will be stored in Kifisou Warehouse of the Department of Attica Region (item 1) for total estimated price of 175,950.00 € (unit price 1.1730 €/kg).
- 550,000 kg ACSR network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Regional Warehouses of Korinthos and Patra of the Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region (item 2), for total estimated price of 579,865.00 € (unit price 1.0543 €/kg).
- 320,000 kg ACSR network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Regional Warehouse of Volos of the Department of Central Greece Region (item 4), for total estimated price of 362,560.00 € (unit price 1.1330 €/kg).
- 470.000 kg ACSR network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Regional Warehouse of Chalkida of the Department of Central Greece Region (item 5), for total estimated price of 537,210.00 € (unit price 1.1430 €/kg).
The total estimated price for the award to BIOKALODIA limited liability company is up to the amount of 1,655,585.00 €.

 KYKLOMETAL S.A. for the award of clearance of 1,100,000 kg ACSR network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Aspropyrgos Warehouse of the Department of Islands Region (item 3) for total estimated price of 1,142,900.00 € (unit price 1.039 €/kg).

 SIDMETAL ABEE for the award of clearance for 600,000 kg ACSR network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Regional Warehouse of Thessaloniki of the Department of Macedonia-Thrace Region (item 6) for total estimated price of 635,280.00 € (unit price 1.0588 €/kg).

The total estimated value of the ratification based on the results of the bid 513418/26.02.2015 is up to the amount of 3,433,765.00 €.

Subject: Tender no 515402/17.9.2014 for purchasing of vehicles.
– Cancellation of purchasing item 4 of the above mentioned tender.
– Ratification of the results of the above mentioned tender and award of the purchasing for the rest of its items.

For the tender no 515402/17.9.2014 under open procedure, HEDNO’s Board of Directors approved:

• The cancellation of the tender no 515402/17.9.2014 referring to the purchasing of the item 4 tendered quantity (trucks 4x4 with two cabins) with budget value of 694,400.00 €, due to non-satisfactory result.

• The ratification of the results and the award for the purchasing of items 1, 2 and 3 to the tenderer AIGLON INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A. OF AUTOMOBILES with distinctive title 1) «CITROEN HELLAS S.A.» and 2) «AIGLON S.A.» for purchasing twenty one (21) pcs of closed type trucks CITROEN BERLINGO VAN 1.6HDi (75HP), twenty three (23) passenger cars of mixed use, 0.5 ton CITROEN BERLINGO MULTISPACE 1.6HDi (75HP) and fourteen (14) pcs of passenger cars of mixed use, 0.4 ton CITROEN NEMO MULTISPACE 1.3HDi (75HP) for total price of 825,842.60 € (plus VAT) for their delivery with vehicle registration certificates and license plates, ready for use, at the Supplier’s Warehouse located within Attica Basin.

Judgement of prejudicial appeal.

The Board of Directors approved:
1. The rejection of the prejudicial appeal of PRECONSTRUCTA ΑΕΒΤΕ against the Conclusion of the Committee for Technical Evaluation of Offers.
