OF THE 3rd/3.2.2015 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
 
 
Subject: Tender no ΔΔ-206/4.7.2014 for the implementation of the Distribution Network projects within the Greek territory.
Examination of the prejudiciary action by the joint venture «EUROPA EVIEK ATEΚ ΑΤΕ – IDRODINAMI ΑΤΕΒΕ» against the rejection of its financial offers for the above mentioned tender. 
  

The Board of Directors decided the acceptance of the prejudiciary action by the joint venture ”EUROPA EVIEK ATE- IDRODYNAMI ΑΤΕΒΕ” and consequently, the acceptance of its financial offers for the Tender no ΔΔ-206.
