ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 17th/26.6.2015 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
 
 
Subject: Tender no ΔΕΕΔ-1/27.3.2014 for the provision of Services: ”Reconstruction of six (6) three phase Transformers power 40/50 MVA, 150/15, 75-21 kV, Dyn1 connection and purchasing of one (1) complete set of materials/spare parts with redesign of HV coils”.
- Final examination of “DAB L.T.D.” appeal on the rejection of its financial offer for the above mentioned tender.
- Cancellation of the above mentioned tender and call for new tender.

The Board of Directors decided:

1. The rejection of “DAB Ltd” Appeal on the rejection of its financial offer for the Tender no ΔΕΕΔ-1.

2. The cancellation of the Tender ΔΕΕΔ-1 for Tenderer for the Provision of Services: “RECONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) THREE PHASE TRANSFORMERS OF CAPACITY 40/50 MVA, 150/15, 75-21 KV, DYN1 CONNECTION AND PURCHASING OF ONE (1) COMPLETE SET OF MATERIALS/SPARE PARTS WITH REDESIGN OF HV COILS”

3. The immediate call for Tender with modified terms.

Subject: Tender no ΔΠΑ/9141007/14/24.3.2015 for the implementation of the Project: “Construction works for maintenance, renovation and reformation of city substation 20/0,4 KV and other installations under the competence of the Department of Attica Region”.
Ratification of the above mentioned tender.

The Board of Directors decided the ratification of the above mentioned Tender for the implementation of the Tender “Construction works for maintenance, renovation and reformation of city substation 20/0,4 KV and other installations under the competence of the Department of Attica Region” to the 1st technically accepted tenderer “ΤΕΚΑΤ ΑΤΕ” with total contracting price of 3,191,261.00 euros.

Subject: Coverage of the needs for the day care centers of TAYTEKO/KAP-DEI (Fund for Bank & Public Utility Service employees/Social Security Fund for PPC employees) regarding the vehicles for the transportation of infants and toddlers.

The Board of Directors decided the purchase of one (1) new vehicle by HEDNO for the transportation of infants and toddlers, through open tender up to the budget of €50,000 and its donation to TAYTEKO/KAP-DEI (Fund for Bank & Public Utility Service employees/Social Security Fund for PPC employees).
The purchase will be realized through open tender that has been approved by PPC S.A. for reasons of economy of scale.
