ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 5th/26.2.2015 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
 
 
Subject: Contract no ΔΔ-187/2103146/1.12.2010 with “AKTOR ATE” for the implementation of the Project: “NETWORKS OF PYRGOS AREA” of the Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region.
Increase of the price for the above mentioned Contract.

The Board of Directors decided the increase of the contractual price concerning the Contract ΔΔ-187/2103146/01.12.2010 “NETWORKS OF PYRGOS AREA” by €1,200,000.00, within the framework of the option up to 50% in article 36 paragraph 1 of the General Terms of the Contract, that is, increase by percentage of 14.14%, with the same terms and the same discount percentage of 31% of the Contract and simultaneous coverage of the relevant good performance letters of guarantee.

The total increase of the contractual price will reach € 1,700,000.00, that is, percentage of 20.0%.

Subject: Contract no ΔΔ-187/2103150/7.12.2010 with “SIAMKAS EVIEK S.A.” for the implementation of the Project: “NETWORKS OF SPARTI REGION” of the Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region.
Increase of the price for the above mentioned Contract.

The Board of Directors decided the increase of the contractual price for the Contract ΔΔ-187/2103150/07.12.2010 “NETWORKS OF SPARTI REGION” by € 1,000,000.00, within the framework of the option up to 50% in article 36 paragraph 1 of the General Terms of the Contract, that is, increase by percentage of 12.4% with the same terms and the same discount percentage of 31% of the Contract and simultaneous coverage of the relevant good performance letters of guarantee.

The total increase of the contractual price will reach € 3,000,000.00, that is, percentage of 37.2%.

Subject : Tender no ΔΔ-206/4.7.2014 for the implementation of Distribution Network Projects within the whole Greek territory.
Ratification of the above mentioned tender for the implementation of the Project “Networks of Chios Region”.

The Board of Directors decided the ratification of the Tender ΔΔ-206/04.07.2014, for the implementation of Distribution Network Projects within the whole Greek territory referring to “Networks of Chios Region” contracting project to the tenderer the offer of which was estimated as typically and technically acceptable, as follows:
