OF THE 14th/30.07.2021 MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Item:  Contract no. ΔΔ-209/2184142/17.9.2018 with “INTRAKAT” for the execution of the Project: “NETWORKS OF THE AREAS OF LIVADEIA-THIVA” of the Central Greece Region Department.

Increase of the scope of the above Contract.

The Executive Committee concluded a further increase of price for Contract no.  ΔΔ-209/2184142/17.9.2018 with “INTRAKAT” for the execution of the Project: “NETWORKS OF THE AREAS OF LIVADEIA-THIVA” of the Region of Central Greece Department, by EUR 2,421,500.00, namely a 50% increase under the same terms and the same 42% discount and coverage, with the corresponding Performance Guarantees.

Item:  Tender no. ΔΥΠΜ 513102/5.4.2021 for the sale of scrap materials located at the warehouse of Kifisos.

Validation of results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective provision of services.

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. the validation of the results of tender no. ΔΥΠΜ 513102/5.4.2021 for the sale of scrap materials located at the warehouse of Kifisos and the final listing of admissible bids, per item, as per the final listing of bids Table,
  2. The selection, as provisional contractors, for the assignment of this sale, of the following economic operators, per item:
  • for item 1 (660 kg of Network mixed Al pipes), of economic operator “SIDMETAL S.A.”, for the total price of EUR 108,457.78
  • for item 2 (000 kgr of underground Cu cables), of economic operator “ECORESET S.A.”, for the total price of EUR 133,280.00
  • for item 3 (85.000 kgr of underground Al XLPE cables), of economic operator “STOURNARAS STYLIANOS Single Person LTD” for the total price of EUR 44,888.50
  • for item 4 (136.000 kgr of Cu concentric cables), of economic operator “STOURNARAS STYLIANOS Single Person LTD”, for the total price of EUR 447,970.40
  • for item 5 (000 kg of Al concentric cables), of economic operator “ECORESET S.A.”, for the total price of EUR 213,708.00
  • for item 6 (73.615 kgr of Al metals mixed with other metals or materials), of economic operator “F. FILIPPIDIS S.A.”, for the total price of EUR 73,707.75
  • for item 8 (91.214 kgr of cast-iron metals mixed with other metals or materials), of economic operator “F. FILIPPIDIS S.A.”, for the total price of EUR 23,879.83
  • for item 9 (40.837 kgr of Cu metals mixed with other metals or materials), of economic operator “F. FILIPPIDIS S.A.”, for the total price of EUR 129,518.63
  1. cancellation of sale for item 7 (100 kgr of brass metals mixed with other metals or materials) and item 10 (40.000 kgr of electricity meters) of the above tender, due to the fact that no bid was submitted for these items,
  2. that the total price of the above-mentioned assignments amounts to EUR 1,175,410.89 and shall take place as per the terms of the call for the tender ΔΥΠΜ 513102/5.4.2021 and the Tables listing the provisional contractors.
