OF THE 1^th/22.7.2021 MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Item:  Tender 501919/22.5.2020 for the impregnation and re-impregnation of timber with the use of creosote oil to be provided by the suppliers.

Validation of results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective provision of services.

The Executive Committee approved:

1. the validation of the “Financial Offer” subfolder evaluation results for tender 501919/22.05.2020 for the impregnation and re-impregnation of timber with the use of creosote oil to be provided by the suppliers,
2. the appointment, as provisional contractors, in the above-mentioned tender, for the quantities to be awarded:

• of the joint venture of ELVIEX general partnership S. PANAGIOTOU & ETETH S.A. – DRITSA KANGLI ABEE, for a quantity of 12.682 m³, for the total price of € 2,475,929.00 (plus VAT)
• of economic operator KIRIAKOS EMPORIADIS SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY with the distinctive title «BIONRGWOOD», for a quantity of 3.378 m³ for the total price of € 693,819.00 (plus VAT).

The total value of the aforementioned quantities amounted to € 904.607,52 (plus VAT).

Item:  Assignment, through a procedure of negotiations, without prior notice, for the supply of centrifugal concrete poles.

The Executive Committee approved the assignment for the supply of 1,770 centrifugal concrete pole items under fifteen (15) categories, to economic operator ARMOS PROKATASKEYES S.A., for the total price of € 970,110.25 (plus VAT).
