OF THE 2th/12.2.2021 MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 

Item:  Re-leasing of the already leased building accommodating the seat of the Region of West Thessaloniki of the Directorate for the Region of Macedonia - Thrace. 

The Executive Committee decided the re-leasing of the property on Aisopou 20, Thessaloniki, accommodating the seat of the Region of West Thessaloniki of the Directorate for the Region of Macedonia - Thrace, with a lease of 14,314.18  €/month, in addition to the ½ stamp duty. The lease shall start on 01-01-2021 and it shall have a duration of 6 years. The total amount of the lease which shall be paid for these 6 years shall be 1,030,620.96 euro.

Item:  Tender 505910/17.1.2020 for the procurement of 20 kV safety fuse links.

Validation of the results of the above tender proceedings and awarding the procurement.

The Executive Committee decided the validation of the results for tender 505910/17.1.2020 for the procurement of 20 kV safety fuse links and the appointment as a provisional contractor of economic operator ΕΜΜ. TALIAKIS & Co Ltd, with the distinctive title ELENCO, for the supply of 294,630 items of 20kV safety fuses, for the total price of 590,975.00 euro (plus V.A.T.) payable for the delivery of the materials to the Regional Warehouses of HEDNO S.A., on vehicle owned by the contractor.

Item:  Tender 502904/7.2.2020 for the procurement of an underground High Voltage, paper-oil insulated cable.

Validation of the results of the above tender proceedings and awarding the procurement.

The Executive Committee decided the validation of results of tender 502904/7.2.2020 for the procurement of an underground High Voltage, paper-oil insulated cable and the appointment as a provisional contractor for the above tender of economic operator LS Cable and System LTD, for the total readjustable price of 1,032,000.00 euro, for the delivery of the item to Regional Warehouse 1001 at Kifisios ή Warehouse 1028 at Aspropigos, on vehicle owned by the contractor.
