OF THE 2nd/26.11.2020 MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Item:  Tender no. 502901/24.1.2020 for the procurement of parts used in low voltage 4x120 mm² Al + 25 mm² AL self-supported insulated cables.

Validation of the results of the above tender and and assignment of the respective procurement.

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. The validation of the results of tender no. 502901/24.1.2020 for the procurement of parts used in low voltage 4x120 mm² Al + 25 mm² AL self-supported twisted cables and
  2. and the selection of the following provisional contractors:
  • economic operator M. TSAKOGIANNIS AVEE for the tree (3) types of parts used in low voltage 4x120 mm² Al + 25 mm² AL self-supported twisted cables, as follows:
  • Type with S/N 1 : 32.500 items of suspension clamps for low voltage 4x120 twisted cables for the total price of EUR 60,872.50 (plus VAT)
  • Type with S/N 2:000 items of terminal clamps for low voltage 4x120 twisted cables for the total price of EUR 411,840.00 (plus VAT)
  • Type with S/N 4:000 items of branch connectors and Type 1 twisted cable supplies for the total price of EUR 487,800.00 (plus VAT)

The total price for all three (3) types is EUR 960,512.50 (plus VAT), for delivery of the items to the Regional Warehouses of HEDNO on vehicle of the Contractor.

  • economic operator ENIA SA for 312.000 items of branch connectors and Type 2
  • twisted cable supplies of type with S/N 3, for the total fixed price of EUR 373,152.00 (plus VAT), for delivery of the items to the Regional Warehouse of HEDNO on vehicle of the Contractor.

The total value of the two (2) aforementioned assignments is EUR 1,333,664.50 (plus VAT).

Item:  Tender no. 503905/5.3.2020 for the procurement of Low Voltage Fuse Boxes.

Validation of the results of the above tender and assignment of the respective procurement.

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. the validation of the results of tender no. 503905/5.3.2020 for the procurement of Low Voltage Fuse Boxes. [five (5) types] and
  2. the selection as provisional contractors for the types to be awarded of the following economic operators:
  • 1,200 items of 1-circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 1) to the formally and technically acceptable economic operator STALCO S.A. for the total price of €78.000,00 (plus VAT) subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the material to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.
  • 2,160 items of 2-circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 2) to the formally and technically acceptable economic operator STALCO S.A. for the total price of EUR 263,520.00 (plus VAT) subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the items to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier. 
  • 2,880 items of 4-circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 3) to the formally and technically acceptable economic operator STALCO S.A. for the total price of EUR 849,600.00 (plus VAT) subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the material to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier. 
  • 10 items of 5-circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 4) to the formally and technically acceptable economic operator STALCO S.A. for the total price of EUR 11,000.00 (plus VAT) subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the items to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses on vehicle owned by the supplier.   
  • 360 items of 8-circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 5) to the formally and technically acceptable economic operator STALCO S.A. for the total price of EUR 473,040.00 (plus VAT) subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the material to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

The total value of the aforementioned assignments is EUR 1,675,160.00 (plus VAT).
