OF THE 3th/10.12.2020 MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Item:  Project Assignment: “Extension with enhancement of substation Ioannina Ι – Civil Engineer Projects, Supply and Installation of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment”, without prior call for tender, with call for the submission of offers to specific companies.

The Executive Committee concluded the assignment of Project: “Extension with enhancement of substation Ioannina Ι – Civil Engineer Projects, Supply and Installation of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment” through the negotiation procedure without prior call for tender, with call for the submission of offers to specific companies,  to ELECTROMEC S.A. - Engineering, Design & Production Société Anonyme with the distinctive title ELECTROMEC S.A., for the total price of EUE 1,413,835.30.

Item:  Tender no. ΔΕΕΔ-34/10.11.2020 for the execution of Project: “Supply and installation of underground cables of 150 kV, with XLPE insulation, and PILOT cable, in the double Interconnecting Cable Line: CHANIA II DC – CHANIA SUBSTATION”.

The above tender has been canceled and re-announced.

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. the cancellation of tender ΔΕΕΔ-34/10.11.2020 for the execution of Project: “Supply and installation of underground cables of 150 kV, with XLPE insulation, and PILOT cable, in the double Interconnecting Cable Line: CHANIA II DC – CHANIA SUBSTATION”, given that the result is not satisfying since no offer has been submitted.
  2. the immmediate re-announcement of this Project with amended terms to ensure the greatest possible participation and a positive result for the tender.

Item:  Contract no. ΔΔ-209/2181106/12.10.2018 with company “S.Ch.S. Limited Liability Construction Company” for the Project: “Area of Peristeri and Area Elefsina Networks” of the Directorate for the Region of Attica.

Price increase of the above Contract.

The Executive Committee concluded a further increase of price for Contract ΔΔ-209/2181106/12.10.2018 with company “S.Ch.S. Limited Liability Construction Company” for the execution of Project: “Area of Peristeri and Area Elefsina Networks” of the Directorate for the Region of Attica, by EUR 3,780,000.00, namely a 50% increase under the same terms and the same 46% discount and coverage, with the corresponding Performance Guarantees.

Item:  Renewal of the leases for the already leased premises and lease for all other free premises in the building accommodating the Directorate of the Region of Macedonia- Thrace in Thessaloniki.

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. the renewal of the lease of the already leased premises (4th to the 8th floor, top room and basement) and a new lease for the first three (3) floors, the basement and the mezzanine, the property on Ethnikis Aminis 9Α, Thessaloniki, owned by the Church of Greece, where the Directorate of the Region of Macedonia- Thrace is accommodated, with a lease of 22,777.55 €/month. The lease starts from 01.11.2020 and its duration is 12 years.
  2. The total price of the leases that shall be paid for this property during this 12-year lease will be EUR 3,279,967.20.
