Item:  Agreement no. ΔΔ-209/2185151/3.10.2018 with ELYROS S.A. for the execution of the Project: “Area of Syros Networks” of the Directorate for the Region of Islands.

Increase of price of the above Agreement.

The Executive Committee concluded a further increase of price for Agreement ΔΔ-209/2185151/3.10.2018 for the execution of the Project: “Area of Syros Networks” of the Directorate for the Region of Islands, by EUR 2,358,832.00, namely a 49.99% increase under the same terms and the same 22% discount and coverage, with the corresponding Performance Guarantees.

Item:  Agreement ΔΔ-209/2181105/2.10.2018 with TEKAT ATE for the execution of the Project: “Networks of Andros & Tinos” of the Directorate for the Region of Attica.

Increase of price of the above Agreement.

The Executive Committee concluded a further increase of price for Agreement ΔΔ-209/2181105/2.10.2018 for the execution of the Project: “Networks of Andros & Tinos” of Directorate for the Region of Attica, by EUR 1,209,500.00, namely a 50% increase under the same terms and the same 41% discount and coverage, with the corresponding Performance Guarantees.

Topic: Tender no. ΔΥΠΜ - 512005/14.8.2020 for the Supply of External Protection and Prevention Service to HEDNO SA.

The above tender has been canceled.

The Execution Committee approved the cancellation of tender no. ΔΥΠΜ - 512005/14.8.2020 for the Supply of External Protection and Prevention Service to HEDNO SA, due to changes in the needs of the Company in terms of these services which resulted from the second wave of the Covid – 19 pandemic.
