To restore power supply, you must:

  1. Turn off the General Circuit Breaker on your panel for 10 seconds by switching it to the position that disconnects power supply.
  2. Switch the General Circuit Breaker back to the position that restores power supply to enable electricity restoration (after a few seconds).

To restore power supply, ensure that at least one device is connected to the electrical installation, such as a refrigerator, TV, or light.

The procedure is the same for both single-phase and three-phase power supplies.

If you have followed the instructions and power has not been restored, there may be an issue with your electrical installation. Contact an electrician to check your installation and resolve the problem.
